The Islamic State has a proud and distinguished history which started from 622ce, the begining of the Hijri calendar. Even though the Prophet Muhammed's (pbuh) prophethood started 13 years previous to this date, we mark The Islamic history from the time when he made the historic journey from Mecca to Medina, establishing The State which lasted for 1302 years, until being officially dismantled in 1924.
When the Islamic State was in existence it had a profound affect on the world as we know it today, with achievements and advancements in areas such as science, economics, astrology, warfare, mathematics, medicine, to name but a few. This put it in a position of being 100s of years ahead at a time when Europe was in the "dark ages".
However, we hardly ever hear about these achievements in any modern day history books, as well as today's media forums. It is well established and accepted that Islam was the catalyst for Europe's renaissance, yet it's history is being concealed by the present ideologies (i.e. Communism and the currently dominant Capitalism), in an attempt to stop it gaining any recognition as itself being an "ideology".
Besides concealment of it's history, we are witnessing "ethnic cleansing" of Muslims, and in an attempt to vilify Islam, we see lies and distortions of the truth inorder to discredit Muslims and Islam. Some would call this the "War on Islam" which, incidently, was being waged for centuries before The Islamic State was dismantled, and is still being waged to prevent the resumption of the Islamic way of life.
What we aim to do here is to provide an insight into Islam the ideology, Islam's proud and hidden history and show how the "War on Islam" is being waged in it's many guises. We highlight that despite the negative portrayal of "the most unpopular religion on earth", we witness so many cases of people becoming Muslims every day. We know, if implemented, Islam is capable of solving most of the world's problems, where Capitalism and Communism have failed miserably because of their very nature.
